The qualification grades include the real estate appraisal organization qualification which was approved by Anhui province and Anhui Construction Hall.
In the company, there are 5 national registered real estate valuers and a batch of medium and high-level professional technical personnel with high comprehensive quality and professional spirit in the field of economics and engineering.
The company has successively completed many businesses including land appraisal and real estate appraisal. The businesses of the company cover the whole province and the branches are set up in both Huangshan municipal and Chizhou municipal. As the first appraisal organization to enter Huangshan municipal land appraisal market, the high quality of the reports gained the praise from the superior department and became the only appointed appraisal organization of the Construction Bank.
