The predecessor of Anhui Guohua Urban Planning & Architectural Design Co. Ltd. was established in 1992. Then by unhooking and system change in 2001, the company became a limited liability company. The company was approved to set up by Administration for Industry and Commerce in Anhui Province and has independent legal representative quality. The company has Grade B qualification for construction design and the qualification for planning design which was approved by Anhui Provincial Construction Hall.   

There is one Grade A registered architect, four Grade B registered architects, two Grade A registered structural engineers. Besides the above registered personnel, the company also has more than twenty project designing personnel with medium and high-level title in the field of construction, structure, planning, electrics, water supply and water draining.

The chief architect of the company, originally the guide of graduate students of Hefei Industry University, has the Grade A registered architect qualification. He was appointed vice-chairman of Anhui Green Esthetics Academic Society and routine director of Anhui Environment Academic Society. And he has successively managed to plan and design ninety-nine projects as well as many key and large-scale projects.

The chief engineer of the company has devoted himself to the design work for many years and ever presided over many large-scale designing and construction projects in many foreign countries such as Russia, Burma and so on. He has rich experience of designing and spot working.

For about two years’rapid development, the company has finished numerous design works. Among them, the design work of Furong middle and elementary school in Hefei economic development area has received favorable views from the leaders of the municipal and the leaders of the district. And this work obtained the title “The exemplary project of Hefei educational circles”. The project of Hefei agriculture demonstration garden reception center is the representative architecture of this garden, which is a comprehensive building including exhibition, office, leisure, commerce. The planar and the three-dimensional arrangement of the building have great originality and the construction style of the building has fully considered the nature and the surroundings of the building. This design work gained high praise from the leaders of the government, the party of the municipal and the Shushan District.
