  Anhui Guohua Engineering Construction Cost Consultation Co. Ltd., the predecessor of which was Hefei Municipal Construction Investment Consultation Center and which was originally subordinated to Hefei Municipal Planning Committee, was established in 1997. The company has Grade B qualification. In 2001, by unhooking and system change, the company merged with Anhui Guohua Real Property Appraisal Co. Ltd., named Anhui Guohua Real Property Appraisal Co. Ltd.. In 2005, at the request of the superior department, the company was separated again, and renamed Anhui Guohua Engineering Construction Cost Consultation Co. Ltd.. The company has Grade B qualification for Engineering Construction Cost Consultation and the qualification for agency of construction bidding and tendering which was approved by Anhui Provincial Construction Hall.

  There are 10 national registered costing engineers and a batch of technical personnel with medium and high-level title in the filed of economics and engineering in the company.
