安徽国华公司是集工程项目咨询、土地评估、房地产评估、规划建筑设计、工程招投标代理、工程监理、工程造价咨询、工程项目管理于一体的综合性公司，是省内为数不多的建筑中介集团性公司之一。能承担前期策划、咨询、建筑设计等全过程工程项目管理服务。下设五个独立法人机构：安徽国华房地产土地评估有限公司、安徽国华规划建筑设计有限责任公司、安徽天平建设工程监理有限公司、安徽国华工程造价咨询有限公司、安徽国华建设工程项目管理有限公司，均可对外承接相关业务，内部实行统一交叉管理，公司实行总经理负责制。

    Anhui Guohua Company, a comprehensive corporation involving engineering project consultation, land appraisal, real estate appraisal, urban planning&architectural design, construction bidding and tendering agency, construction supervision, construction cost consultation and engineering project management, is one of the construction intermediary group companies which are of small number in the province, which can undertake the whole-process service of construction project management such as pre-stage planning, consultation, architecture design and so on. The entity comprises five independent legal representatives: Anhui Guohua Real Property Appraisal Co. Ltd., Anhui Guohua Urban Planning &Architectural Design Co. Ltd., Anhui Tianping Construction Supervision Co. Ltd., Anhui Guohua Engineering Construction Cost Consultation Co. Ltd. and Anhui Guohua Construction Project Management Co. Ltd., all of which can undertake related business externally, while unified cross management is implemented internally. The company adopts the general manager responsibility system.
